Every Maison Danichgah commission passes through nine pairs of hands — carvers, gilders, upholsterers — before it passes through your door. Nothing is rushed, because nothing about it is meant to be replaced.

The Founder
Alfie Best Snr.
Born in a roadside caravan in Lutterworth. Out of school at twelve, in business at fourteen, and today the founder and chairman of Wyldecrest Parks — one of Europe’s largest residential park operators — with a place on the Sunday Times Rich List and a house in Monaco. Maison Danichgah is what he builds when money is no longer the point.

Villa Ispahan · Monaco
The house behind the name.
Built in 1910 for the Persian prince Reza Khan Arfa Danesh — the name from which the maison takes its own — Villa Ispahan rises above Monaco with the blue minarets and mosaics of Isfahan. Today it is our private residence-showroom: your commissioned pieces are brought here, so you can sit on them, touch them and live with them before they are yours.
